This is my place for “talking” to folks interested in Middle Tennessee and Real Estate in and around Nashville. I explore emergent issues and opportunities that impact our local economic environment and speak relative to goings on in the National arena.
I am a native of Nashville (Yes, there really ARE people who grew up here). I remember “the day” . . .
My prior experience has been @ 12 years in the US Army retiring as a Captain Combat Engineer in 1993 to pursue a career in Real Estate Sales and consulting.
Currently, I am Principal Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams Realty in Nashville, TN Green Hills.
I also work with Buyers and Sellers throughout Middle Tennessee as part of a Husband and Wife (Debbie) team . . . We call ourselves The Owen Group.
Our style is consultative – “No-Spin” advising with our clients.
