On Thursday, July 23, from 6:30 – 7:45 PM, Bill will present “The House of Ill Repair”, a free and open to the public seminar on how to avoid costly home repairs with proper maintenance. Bill will discuss home maintenance pitfalls and what Buyers should be aware of when purchasing a home.

The seminar will take place in the Library’s Meeting Room. Bill holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, is a TN Certified Building Inspector (#60), a registered Professional Engineer (LA inactive), and is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and International Code Council Residential/Commercial Building Inspectors.

Since 2002, Bill has personally inspected 3,000 properties in the Nashville area. This is an excellent opportunity for  Buyers and Home owners to learn more about the largest investment they will ever make.
